About Councillor Surgery: Vincent Waters
Councillor Vincent Waters, of Giffnock & Thornliebank ward has a regular surgery on the second Saturday of the month (except July and August) in Giffnock Primary School.
He can assist you with a variety of issues, especially if you need advice or support in accessing public services, whether they are council services or not.
You do not need an appointment, just come along.
Also happy to meet constituents outside surgery times. Please call on 07703 88 71 70.
