About Glasgow Climbing Centre Holiday Programme
Climbing is a great way for kids to excercise and have fun whilst learning new skills. It can also help develop their coordination, team building, self discipline as well as being a great way to build confidence.
During the session the instructor will have the group climbing and playing games.
If they want to come climbing regularly the NICAS Scheme is a great way for them develop their climbing skills. Have a look at the NICAS website or ask at reception.
All they need to wear is comfortable clothes that allow them to move freely. Glasgow Climbing Centre provide the climbing shoes, harness and helmet.
A parent or guardian must be present for the first visit to sign a consent form.
