To get mums fit and active, meeting other mums and generally feeling awesome! Get your post baby body back with specific exercises designed for a mums body. Strengthening your core, abdominal wall and minimising the jiggly bits!
Fitness class for all abilities - easing you into exercise - get your pre-baby shape back (or even better!). 10am Monday to Friday.

Whether you bring your baby in a buggy or not - this is a great chance to meet other mums and get fit.
Exercises to shed fat, tone up and increase the metabolism for new mums. Also open to anyone, but if you are a mum you can bring your baby with you.
10 am Monday to Friday meeting at the entrance to the park beside Rouken Glen Vets.

Its effective exercise, but its also great to get to know new people in the area and get top tips on how to manage your post-baby body.
