About Worlds Second Oldest Rolls Royce
The is the world's second oldest Rolls Royce, built in 1905, is going on display at Riverside Museum. The car is a very rare survivor gifted to the Royal Scottish Automobile Club by Adam McGregor Dick of Kilmarnock. Nicknamed "the old girl" by the trustees of the RSAC, it is on loan to Glasgow Museums. The engine was completely restored by the trustees and Glasgow Museums' conservators have restored the upholstery with leather supplied by Bridge of Weir Leather.
