Following our Mindful Families mini retreat this summer, we are delighted to present our 1st Mindful Parenting 4 week course. Designed to help you bring mindfulness to your everyday family life, the course will lead you through what mindfulness is (and isn't), how meditation can help you deal with the constant juggling, decision making and busyness of family life and how you can use mindfulness to help your children cope with the challenges of growing up.

The practical bits:
The course will offer you a Wee Retreat from actual parenting on Saturdays from 11th November - 2nd December, 10.30am-12.30pm. Tea & coffee breaks included, homemade cakes will be served!

Suitable for those new to mindfulness as well as those with experience. Designed for parents with school age children in general.
In order to fully experience the benefits of the course, participants are encouraged to attend all 4 sessions and complete daily home practice between each session.
