About Mindful Parenting
Brand new 6 week Mindful Parenting course!
Designed to help you bring mindfulness to your everyday family life, the course will lead you through what mindfulness is (and isn't), how meditation can help you deal with the constant juggling, decision making and busyness of family life and how you can use mindfulness to help you raise your children the way you'd like to.
FEEDBACK FROM OUR PREVIOUS PARENTING RETREAT:
"What a fantastic journey! I started the parenting course thinking that it was about my children. I ended up realising that it was a journey of self discovery that was exciting and enlightening. Thank you so much."
"A really useful retreat to help me step back..."
"I feel as though the course has started me on journey to becoming a more mindful parent and enjoying my children more."
