Dancercise is a form of exercise that blends aerobics and dance moves with upbeat Bollywood music’s! Many people find dancercise to be more fun than traditional exercise, because it is done to music, and participants learn actual dance moves.
The class will run for 5 weeks and will include basic movement & synchronization techniques.
