About Dru Yoga
Sorry, but this event has been and gone!
Dru Yoga classes is a gentle but powerful form of yoga. It combines, flowing movement, with breathwork and traditional postures with variations - making it highly accessible and ideal for beginners.
Dru can help improve posture, mobility and circulation, whilst creating some much needed ‘you time’ and create stones and calm.
It improves strength and flexibility, increases core stability, builds a heightened feeling of positivity, and brings deep states of relaxation.
Designed to be practised by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups, Dru is a style of yoga that can be quickly dipped into or learnt in more depth over a lifetime.
