Join Michael from ACUMEN on Wednesday 29th January from 1.00pm - 3.00pm at Arhturlie House in Barrhead for chance to meet up and have conversations about mental health. This month we will talk about loneliness and isolation. Come along for some tea, biscuits and a chat.
