About Jog Scotland Canicross Running Group
This course is designed to help people progress from a 20 min jog to get a 10km distance at a steady pace. This is for progressing beginners wanting to develop their running skills with their dog.
Each week will increase mileage very slightly and have additional running training in corporated speed and hill work to help progress fitness levels. For people above this ability, we would love to have you join us to help out or general socialisation, however training level is geared at this pace.
Course is booked on a block booking of 6 weeks at £12, or £2.50 per class, there will be other trainers coming along to help out with tips and techniques. It is a no pressure course, you do not have to reach the maximum level but can do what you feel comfortable with, all dog smust be kept on a lead and under control of owner, children are welcome to join with a parent, but must be able to manage distance.
