About The Rouken Glen Walking Group
The Rouken Glen Walking Group promotes "Walking For Wellbeing" and meets at the visitors centre located adjacent to the children's playground at 10.15am every Wednesday. The walk starts as 10.30am.
There are two group walks, one moderately paced and the other slightly faster. The walks are led by trained leaders, last 1 to 1.5 hours and start and finish at the Visitors Centre.
The cost is 60p and new walkers will be asked to fill in a short confidential health questionnaire. (Please note that walkers with dogs will not be able to join in the group walks).
