About Introduction To Wine Course

This free course is a simple introduction to the basic styles of wine where you will learn to taste like a professional (spitting allowed though not obligatory) and find out why certain wines taste the way they do. We then have a quick food matching session at the end of the course to see how the flavours of the wine can change under the influence of what you are eating.
