About Vita Sana Pilates
Stott Pilates is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Since its inception over 20 years ago, Stott Pilates has become the world's most respected form of Pilates.
The goal with Stott Pilates exercise is to strengthen the core postural muscles whilst achieving optimal functional fitness.
