When
17 Sep 2011 - 02 Oct 2011

A walk in the countryside is one of the best ways to unwind and escape and the first East Renfrewshire walking festival offers a variety of walks which explore both natural and historical locations in the area.

Much of East Renfrewshire is still rural with lots of open countryside punctuated by attractive towns and villages. It is an ideal location to discover a variety of different walking experiences from beginner to the more advanced.

The festival offers walks for all abilities whether you want a senic wander along level paths or a more strenuous climb everyone has a chance to experience the benefits of an outdoor walk.
