BABA is based within The Principal Edinburgh Charlotte Square hotel in the heart of Edinburgh and is the brain child of the chefs behind Glasgow's Ox and Finch.
A charcoal grill is the centrepiece of the open kitchen, where carefully-sourced Scottish lamb, beef and seafood are spiced and grilled over coals, side by side with whole cauliflowers and harissa pumpkin.
