Are you looking for a daytime activity involving no special clothing or equipment, which will improve your health and get you out and about, meeting friends and enjoying the fresh air?
The Barrhead & Neilston Over 50's Walking Group meet at the Voluntary Action offices every Wednesday at 11am and explore local trails around Barrhead and at Dams to Darnley and Rouken Glen.
You are welcome to bring along a friend, carer, or indeed both.
