Curves Newton Mearns is a facility specially designed for women that features a complete 30 minute work out and weight management program that is fun fast and safe.
Our facility also features the world's most advanced fitness technology -CurvesSmart. This personal coaching system ensures you get the maximum benefits based on your specific fitness level.
Our work out combines cardiovascular exercise and strength training to give you a 30minute, high intensity work out during which you could burn upto 500 calories!
