Class DetailsFab Abs 30min CORE workout
Work your core muscles ie. Your abs, back and oblique in ways you have never done before. These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. There is no 'jumping about' as mist exercises are either lying down or standing while isolating specific muscle groups. This class is guarenteed to tone your abdominal muscles. Recommended to attend twice weekly for fast results.

willPower & Grace Class
This is a new toning class which incorporates Pilates & yoga Moves to give you an all over body toning experience. This class is done bare foot in order to work the propriceptors in the sole of the feet increasing the wellness benefits.

CARDIO BLAST - 30 Minute Fat Burn Class
This is a 30min high intensity interval training class. This class is guaranteed to burn fat and change your body shape quickly. Although this class us advertised as intensive option and alternate exercises will be prescribed in order of everyone to take part. The numbers are kept low so that everyone receives individual attention. It's not about packing the participants in, it's about making sure the participants achieve their goals.

ZUMBA - the original and best
Its ZUMBA!!! It's the original format 70% ZUMBA/Latin music. Taught by a ZIN (zumba instructor network) instructor. It's NOT dance aerobics, it's not strictly come dancing it's ZUMBA! Come shake, wiggle and giggle your way through this Latin infused class, let the calories drop off you. It's fun, it's everyday woman (open to men to) exercising together, there's no pretence. Let's do it people! We are still doing it cos we know it works!
Metafit is a high intensity interval training class which is guaranteed to burn fat and change your body shape fast.
