Keep Fit Circuit Class

This class is a circuit style including CV and muscular endurance at every station. All participants are encouraged to work at their own pace. Exercises will be tailored to individual needs. Class is run by Helen Harrison MSc. BACPR, PSI, Can Rehab.

Strength & Balance Class
Fridays 11.30am
£5 per class
A class suitable for any one who is needing to improve their balance and muscle strength. The class is run by Exercise Specialist - Helen Harrison MSc. BACPR, PSI, Can Rehab. This class is person centred with each individual being encouraged to work at their own pace.
