Classes begin with calming breath work before moving through a mindful flowing sequence of yoga poses and ending in a snug, cosy relaxation. Lots of options given which makes the class accessible for both complete beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Prices for in-person yoga classes:
£32 for flexible 4 class pass (valid 8 weeks)
£5 for first taster class/ £9 for drop-in

Please bring a warm blanket and cushion for your relaxation.
If you have your own mat, please bring this but mats happily provided.
