The Metafit bodyweight training system aims to boost the metabolism and burn fat! its quite simple, 65% of your calories are burnt at rest, so to increase this calorie burn you must increase your RMR (resting metabolic rate).
The workout will push your muscles to fatigue and elevate your heart rate so that you carry on burning calories for 24 hours after the session! All the worlds leading conditioning coaches agree that the key to fat loss is to maintain lean muscle and to boost the RMR.
If you want to look like an athlete or fitness model, then start training like one. Move your body in every plane of motion, recruit largest muscle groups, use your core for stabilisation and anti-rotation and train for intensity not time!
Classes are held on Thursday evenings 7.15pm till 7.45pm at Clarkston Bowling & Tennis Club.
