Personal training is available for exercise referral, one-to-one or small groups at your home, in a local park or at Glasgow Fitness in Thornliebank (G46 8NG).
Training can be one-to-one using gym equipment, kettlebells or a circuit format. Another option is a combination of one-to-one and classes.
Training at your home or in a local park is ideal if going to or joining a gym is not an option that appeals to you. A variety of equipment is on hand to give you a highly effective workout and your exercises will be closely watched to ensure that you conduct them correctly and safely.
Abs & Kettlebells Class
This will be a new fitness class utilising a mixture of kettlebells exercises and abdominal exercises. Classes are held on Tuesday evenings at 7.10pm - 7.40pm. Each class will cost £3. Booking is required. Classes are currently held at Glasgow Fitness.
Circuit class on Wednesdays at approximately 1810-1845 hrs. 30 minutes of exercises that will vary from week-to-week. Each class will cost £3. Booking is required. Classes are currently held at Glasgow Fitness.
