About Zumba Kirstie Stewart
Hi, I'm Kirstie Stewart and I love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! Come join me and you'll see what I mean. You don even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy!
Latin and international music are fused to create an explosive, booty shaking party of a workout designed to be fun and easy to do that burns 400 - 1000 calories an hour.
Come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast! I look forward to meeting you!
