30 minute class, once a week for 9 weeks
Your coach will support and motivate you to get you off the couch and run a 5K.
Suitable for 18 yrs +
• Pre-booking is essential
• Please provide your contact details when booking
• Class sizes are small and will follow social distancing guidance
• Please arrive dressed for the class, and the weather, there is no access to changing rooms
• Classes are on the running track
• Please follow the guidance given by your coach on hygiene and social distancing

Every Friday at Clarkston Library, trained volunteers offer a friendly listening ear to anyone affected by cancer, including those with a cancer diagnosis, as well as family and friends.
