Taking place on Sunday 25 October, brides and grooms-to-be from across Scotland, and further afield, can enjoy the immersive wedding planning experience online.
The Scottish Wedding Show, which usually calls the SEC, Glasgow home, will offer a jam-packed programme as part of the digital event. Visitors can seek wedding advice and plan their big day with 50 of the UK’s top wedding suppliers via virtual exhibition booths, where brides and grooms-to-be can interact with exhibitors in real time. From bridal gowns and stationery, to photographers, videographers and venues, the online event is a one-stop shop for couples planning their wedding.
New for this year, The Scottish Wedding Show – The Virtual Edition, will be introducing a programme of webinars with wedding specialist and former Scottish Wedding editor, Natasha Radmerhr, to discuss upcoming trends and give her expert advice for wedding planning. As well as covering budgeting, honeymoon destinations, dress shopping and wedding décor, Natasha will host a session on ‘how to COVID-proof your wedding’, equipping couples with the information they need to plan their impending nuptials in the constantly evolving circumstances.
The virtual Scottish Wedding Show event will take place on 25 October, from 10am to 5pm. Tickets cost just £3 per person, including access to the exhibitors for the full day, and webinars both on the day, and afterwards for anyone who wants to watch and re-watch them on-demand.
The wedding showcase will return to its two-day physical event on 20-21 February 2021 at the SSE Hydro.
