Snuggle up in the comfort of your own home and explore the stillness within...
Short on time? 30-minute classes are now available. Classes can be used to invigorate your current meditation practice, or to assist beginners in establishing a regular practice.
Techniques including Heart Coherence, Breathwork, Visualisation, Dynamic Meditation, Mindfulness and Relaxation will be used to relax the body, quieten the mind, and open our awareness to the beautiful stillness within.
£5 drop in per class or £20 per month for 6 classes

Class details:
December – 6 x 30-minute classes Mondays 7th 14th 21st 28th at 06.30 plus Wednesdays 9th 23rd at 20.00
January – 6 x 30-minute classes Mondays 4th 11th 18th 25th at 06.30 plus Wednesdays 13th 27th at 20.00
February - 6 x 30-minute classes Mondays 1st 8th 15th 22nd at 06.30 plus Wednesdays 10th 24th at 20.00
