About Journey - Meditation, Manifesting and Goal Attainment, Stress Reduction & Relaxation
Exciting new class starting on Wednesday, 9th June 8-9pm at the beautiful Moon Rooms in Newton Mearns.
Suitable for beginners and those with established meditation practises.
Stages 1- 4 can be practiced in order as a complete course or as single monthly stages.
Stage 1 - June
Main Themes - Getting Started for beginners, for those with experience - speeding up entry and exit in meditation, De-stressing and relaxation
Techniques to move into and out of meditation without the use of guided meditations
Familiarisation of meditation levels & ability to access with ease
Visualisation
Stress reduction with Heart Coherence meditation (level1)
Relaxation
Stage 2 - July
Main Themes - Enhancing experiences within meditation, Going deeper with ease
Visualisation techniques
Setting the scene for meditation
Using the senses in meditation
Relaxation
Stress reduction and relaxation with Heart Coherence meditation (level 1)
Stage 3 - August
Main Themes - Setting the scene within for meditation, relaxation, healing and goal setting
Extending time spent in meditation
Creating a place within for meditation
Enhanced visualisation
Relaxation
Stress reduction and gratitude with Heart Coherence meditation (level 1 & 2)
Stage 4 - September
Main Themes - Manifesting, goal achievement and abundance, grounding practices
Manifesting and goal achievement
Stress reduction and Universal gratitude with Heart Coherence meditation (level 1, 2 & 3)
