This event will be suitable for beginner's and those with experience as we start with a short introduction followed by a longer meditation to step out of automatic pilot and into a state of 'being' to reduce anxiety, stress, sleep issues and distraction.
We will end the session with the practice of mindful walking meditation in the beautiful woodlands around the park. Please bring a change of boots or walking shoes and a rain jacket to be prepared for all weathers on the day.
The whole session will help you to slow down, learn how to train the mind to settle and ground and enjoy living in the aliveness and richness of the present moment.
Due to the popularity of this FREE event, please ONLY book a place if you are absolutely certain that you will be able to make it on the day so that we can ensure the maximum number of people are able to benefit.
This session will be led by: Cultivating Mindfulness, Registered Charity number SC048634 based in East Renfrewshire by a Mindfulness Teacher trained to MBI-TAC domains and listed in the UK Mindfulness Network adhering to the Good Practice Guidelines for Mindfulness Teachers in the UK.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT IS SUITABLE FOR PERSONS 18 AND ABOVE**
