We would like to invite you to take part in the East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership Festival of Engagement hosted by East Renfrewshire Carers Centre. In this session we will focus on inequalities within health and social care locally as well as how this can be improved upon.
How will we focus on the prevention of ill-health and on the improvement of wellbeing in order to increase the healthy life expectancy of the whole population and reduce health inequalities? We are committed to working together with individuals and communities to tackle health inequalities and improve life chances.
