East Renfrewshire Carers Engagement: Understanding and Tackling Health Inequalities

About East Renfrewshire Carers Engagement: Understanding and Tackling Health Inequalities

We would like to invite you to take part in the East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership Festival of Engagement hosted by East Renfrewshire Carers Centre. In this session we will focus on inequalities within health and social care locally as well as how this can be improved upon.

How will we focus on the prevention of ill-health and on the improvement of wellbeing in order to increase the healthy life expectancy of the whole population and reduce health inequalities? We are committed to working together with individuals and communities to tackle health inequalities and improve life chances.

If you are interested in joining our event or would like to find out more, please do not hesitate to get in touch by emailing enquiries@eastrenfrewshirecarers.co.uk or by calling on 0141 638 4888.
