We would like to invite you to take part in the East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership Festival of Engagement hosted by East Renfrewshire Carers Centre. In this session we will focus on the provision of health and social care services across East Renfrewshire.
How will we promote good health self-care and support people with long-term health needs in the community? We are committed to working together to meet people's healthcare needs by providing support in the right way, by the right person at the right time.
