Wellness for absolute wellbeing including Mindful Movement, Meditation, Relaxation, & Reiki
Wellness – the art of allowing,
allowing the connection to the stillness of the moment with mindful movement,
allowing a sense of calmness and peace in meditation,
allowing the body and mind to deeply relax,
allowing the serene, calming, restorative flow of Reiki energy..
we arrive.. to ourselves.. to the present moment.. in the here and now.
A soothing, uplifting gathering, holding space for each other as we experience.. as we grow..
