flow ~ flow returns for a single event on the summer solstice - Tuesday 21 June 7.30pm - 9.15pm
An immersive 1 hour and 45 minutes to bathe in the light and energy of the summer solstice.
A blissful blend of:
Dru Yoga - Flowing Movement and Deep Relaxation from Core Glow,
Crystal Healing Meditation from Lyra Crystals,
Crystal Singing Bowl and Gong Sound Bath from Heal To Sound.
Not to be missed! Join us for this celebration of light, with gentle flowing movement, stilling the body and mind, connection with crystal energy, vibrational sound to refresh, renew, heal, honouring your life’s path, and allowing new beginnings.
