Empowering, Mindful, Flowing, Fun yoga suitable for the absolute beginner and the experienced yogi alike.
In this weekly class we explore a blend of classical yoga postures, powerful, flowing dynamic sequences, deep relaxation, positive affirmations, empowering visualisations, and meditation.
