About Core Glow Dru Yoga
Empowering, Mindful, Flowing, Fun yoga suitable for the absolute beginner and the experienced yogi alike.
Thursdays 7.30pm – 9pm - The weekend starts here! One and a half hours of bliss to ease away the stresses and strains of the week.
Typically in this immersive one and a half hour class we warm up and energise the muscles letting go of any tension from the day energising and stretching, moving on to a dynamic flowing sequence, we then ease into traditional yoga postures toning and strengthening the body, then settle and calm with breathwork practices. We gift ourselves a full 20 minutes of deep, restorative relaxation for body and mind, finishing the session with a meditation practice and a positive outlook for the coming days.
