I am a birth obsessed, pregnancy yoga teacher and birth & post partum doula of 14 years.
My Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Preparation classes offer a deeper approach to yoga as an empowering method of preparing your body, mind and soul for labour & birth.
Focussing on the chakra energy systems to connect you to the powerful birthing wisdom that is yours to harness using pranayama (breathing practices), flowing asana (postures), mudra (subtle hand gestures) & chanting (yes, chanting! but it’s sooooo much fun!) to bring out the glorious, birthing goddess inside.
