Our sessions focus on dodgeball - a fast, exciting and confidence-boosting game that helps kids improve coordination, agility, fitness and teamwork.
To keep things fresh and fun, we also mix in other activities such as invasion games, striking sports, and the occasional nerf battle. It's all about helping children get active, build confidence, and enjoy being part of a team.
Mondays, 5:30pm - 6:30pm
