Blades of Fire Fencing Club caters for all standards of fencer from 10-16 from the absolute beginner to the more experienced athlete.

Fencing is fun, a good way to keep fit and a great sport. You can learn a new skill and enjoy the social fencing in the Club or progress to competitive sports fencing. The choice is yours.

The club meets every Thursday at Mearns Castle High School during school terms. from 6-8pm. We supply all necessary equipment for both boys and girls -all you need to wear are long trousers such as jogging bottoms or leggings and a long sleeved tee shirt as well as bringing a big bottle of water!

Just come along to one of the classes and see if you like the sport of fencing. If you like it, then we’d be pleased to see you coming back to future classes and to welcoming you as a club member.

Numbers are limited to 20 but places are now available, so why not come along, give it a try for the first time for free and see what you think!
