Crookfur, Greenfarm & Mearns Village Community Council is a direct link between local people and East Renfrewshire Council, NHS, Police and other public bodies.
We are involved in Planning and Licensing Consultations, and engage with local residents on their priorities.

By finding out what is important within our local community, this can inform what the community council can focus on.
We care about our community and want to make it a better place to live.
We act as a voice for our area and express the views of residents to East Renfrewshire Council.

As a voluntary organisation run by local residents we hold a public meeting on 2nd Thursday of each month at 7pm in the Fairweather Hall, Barrhead Road, Newton Mearns.

Please come along or get in touch by email (cgmvcommunitycouncil@yahoo.com) or on Facebook.
