Our first class instructors specialise in their specific martial art ensuring our students enjoy the highest level of professional tuition across a range of age and ability related classes in Taekwondo, Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.

Our specially designed kids programmes (from age 4) help build confidence, concentration, essential life skills and of course teach martial arts in a fun, interactive and safe environment.
