Welcome to the RunClubs!

We hold 2 fun FREE and sociable weekly groups from our little store here in Giffnock.

MONDAY:- nights are all about building speed with sets and reps. This is a led session by the coaches Jack and Kenny and is designed for all abilities.

WEDNESDAY:- is a more leisurely 5km run around sunny Giffnock. Its geared for all abilities and we just go at a nice steady pace. This run is also led and Run4It staff are always on hand to offer any advice needed.

Come along and join us for a fun no pressure outing about town! Who knows, you might even earn yourself a coveted RunClub Top!
