I work from my cosy and relaxing treatment room at home in Thornliebank – more details on location can be found at wishing-wellness.com.

Pregnancy massage is safe from the first trimester, helping to relax and treat pregnancy related ailments such as carpal tunnel syndrome, oedema (swelling) and soothe achey backs and hips. Treatments are given in a comfortable, side lying position.

Postnatal massage is great for bringing the body back into balance after the huge changes that pregnancy brings, also helping to ease out muscle tension associated with feeding and holding your baby. C-section scar massage can help reduce symptoms of numbness, pain, itchiness and tightness, plus provide reassurance and confidence to connect to and engage with your scar at home.

I love working with women throughout their pregnancies and beyond, helping to create a space for some much-needed time out.
