Get set for Summer: East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure launches Summer Holiday Camps
East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure has launched its summer holiday programme, packed full of activities to keep the kids active and entertained during the school break.

All Star Sports Camps offer a wide range of sporting activities, from gymnastics and golf, archery and athletics to badminton and basketball, culminating in the 2025 Celebration Games. All Star Sports Camps will run from 30 June – 1 August at two locations, Eastwood High School and Barrhead High School.
A series of exciting arts and drama camps will also be on offer, from brand-new Theatrical Costumes and Props Camp to the popular Play in a Week. This year’s summer programme includes World of Art Camp, Technical Theatre Camp, Eco Art Camp and Time Travellers Camp, where kids can enjoy a week of fun, creative activities led by expert tutors. The camps run from 7 July – 1 August and take place at Eastwood House and Eastwood Park Theatre.
Anthony McReavy from East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure said: “We’re excited to launch our summer holiday programme, which is packed full of fun activities for kids to enjoy as they make new friends and learn new skills.
“Our All Star Sports Camps are always very popular and offer the chance for children to develop skills and try a whole range of new sports, led by our experienced team. Children can immerse themselves in creative fun at our arts and drama camps, led by our expert tutors. There are a whole range of activities on offer for ages five to fifteen, where they can learn behind the scenes technical skills, take centre stage or explore and create art work as part of a range of themed activities.

East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure will also host intensive swimming lessons and Aquazone sessions over the summer holidays, with full details coming soon.
