Eastwood Park Theatre has announced a whole host of brand-new shows featuring well-known faces, with Scottish stars including footballer and coach Gordon Strachan, music legend Barbara Dickson, football journalist and presenter Tam Cowan and politician Mhairi Black.
The theatre will also welcome stand-up comedian Hal Cruttenden next month, with Gary Delaney headlining a new comedy show in September. “Queen of the West End” Kerry Ellis has also been added to the theatre’s September line-up.
Rangers' legends Mark Hateley, John Brown and Ian Durrant will take to the stage for an evening of football nostalgia in October, comedian and social media star Stuart Mitchell has been added to the bill, while magician Kevin Quantum also brings his magic and stunts to the stage in November.
Moira McFadden, Head of Arts and Communities at East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure, said: “We are very excited to add these brand-new shows to our 2025 line up and are proud to welcome well-known names and faces to Eastwood Park Theatre.
“We have lined up events with journalist Graham Spiers in conversation with stars Barbara Dickson, Gordon Strachan, Tam Cowan and Mhairi Black, who will all offer unique insights into their successful careers.
“We have a fantastic season ahead and look forward to welcoming our audiences along for these events, comedy, music, theatre, magic and much more!”
Eastwood Park Theatre has hosted a number of sell-out performances with high-profile acts in recent years, including Marti Pellow, Eddi Reader and Lulu.
