Kettlebells, TRX, Spin, Zumba, Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do & Mixed Martial Arts to name but a few! Fitness & Martial Arts Classes for all levels & experiance! Got kids? Great! Enroll them in our Kids Kombat Martial Arts programme and you could be using the gym at the same time, helping get all of you fit!
