Jane is a Yoga Alliance 500 hr Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with over 30 years of personal yoga practice.

About Seasonal Yoga Experience

Her yoga classes combine knowledge from traditional Chinese medicine with yoga, to create a yoga practice to harmonise and enhance wellness on a physical, mental and spiritual level.

Tuesday: Yin Yoga 8.00-9.15pm online only

Wednesday: Flow yoga 9.15-10.30am online and in person Mearns Kirk Church Hall G77 5BU.

Thursday: Flow Yoga 6.00-7.15pm online and in person Mearns Castle Golf Academy G775FB.

Thursday: Flow Yoga 7.30-8.45pm online and in person Mearns Castle Golf Academy G775FB.

Friday Flow Yoga 9.15-10.30am online and in person Mearns Castle Golf Academy G775FB.

First class £5 / £10 drop in / 5 classes for £40 / 10 classes for £70

Corporate classes and one to ones on request.
