About Trx Suspension Training With Five Star Fitness
Burn up calories and boost your metabolism with this constantly moving 30 minute TRX Suspension Training class. Fun, effective and never boring, TRX Suspension Training helps you to achieve your personal best whatever your fitness level. One of the main features of this type of exercise is that whether it’s toning and strengthening your thighs or upper body, it’s ALWAYS working your Core!
In our classes individual attention is assured and in a TRX class there’s an absolute maximum of just 4 people, so it’s more like Personal Training than a regular exercise class. In just a few weeks you will notice the differences in your shape, your core and your overall strength.
All classes are taught by Caroline and David Sinclair of Five Star Fitness in our Thornliebank Studios. We are both fully qualified TRX Suspension Training Instructors as well as Personal Trainers so you can be assured that you’re in safe hands.
The current timetable is:
Monday 9.15am, 5.15pm
Wednesday 10.45am, 6.30pm, 7.15pm
Friday 9.15am, 1.00pm
If you would like any other days and times please let us know. As long as we have enough people interested we can easily put another class on for you.
