Wellbeing In Nature Day

About Wellbeing In Nature Day

As part of this community day, come and try out forest bathing. The Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku invites you to slow down and notice nature and your connection to it. April will be a lovely time to enjoy the Spring!

Come along to the Campsie Glen Wellbeing in Nature day, where there are lots of activities on offer from campfire cooking, hillwalking and cold water immersion. The event runs 12 - 4pm.

On the day you can choose from one of three forest bathing taster sessions running at 12.30, 1.30 or 2.30pm. We'll head into the woods to take time to notice the nature around us and enjoy this wellbeing practice.

Tickets are available for a suggested donation of £5.
