Listed Under Activities - Yoga

As well as asana, we practise different breathing techniques, meditation and restorative relaxations/yoga nidra.

Weekly Classes: These 1hr 15 min sessions come in a typical block of 6. We will work with the energies of the early and late season we are practising in alongside the corresponding phase of the moon each week. The complexity of the asanas is developed over the block allowing students to work within their own range of abilities and needs.

Hatha Yoga for Women - Wednesdays 12-1pm @The Wee Retreat CIC
Hatha Yoga - Wednesdays 7.45 - 9pm @ The Moon Rooms
Yoga for Menopause - Fridays (once a month) 6-8pm @The Moon Rooms

Monthly Classes for Menopause: This 2 hour session focuses on yoga for peri menopause and menopause. We aim to find balance in the body, breath and mind and restore vital energy through this tailored practice.
