About Seasonal Yoga Experience
Classes are suitable for all levels of experience, with easier options for those new to yoga. Classes change week by week to evolve through the seasons to build strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga benefits are for all, whatever your level of fitness. Yoga is healthy for the mind , body and spirit, so why not come along to one of the following classes to give it a go. Wed and Fri 9.15-10.30am
Mearns Castle Golf Academy, waterfoot Rd, Newton Mearns, G775FB.
First class is free, £8 drop in, 5 classes for £35 or 10 classes for £60.
Half day retreats at Greenbank Garden NTS and 2.5 hr yin yoga classes at Seasonal Yoga Academy in Pollokshields various dates throughout the year, please get in touch for more info.
Corporate classes and one to ones on request.
