Expect to feel energised, refreshed and ready for anything after Victoria's Ashtanga-inspired classes, which are rounded off with the all-important savasana/relaxation, something most of us don’t make time for in our busy lives! Classes are suitable for beginners.

Wednesday 7.45pm @Dance Inc Studios
A gentle flowing class, suitable for all with a focus on relieving the stress and postural strains of the working day. Leave feeling refreshed but relaxed.

Sunday 10.45am - 12pm @Dance Inc Studios
Yoga for Pregnancy -
• Yoga for body and mind, carefully tailored for pregnancy
• Improve flexibility and strength for pregnancy and labour
• An opportunity to meet and share with other mums-to-be
